Body Alive Anderson is the newest studio to date, located in the Crossings at Anderson Plaza next to Country Fresh Farm Market & Valenti Salon. Nothing great has ever been accomplished without a little sweat. That’s why we always bring the heat, whether that comes from within or inside of our 102 degree, 40% humidity hot room. High energy fitness is who we are. If you come ready to work, our instructors will motivate you every step of the way to be the best version of you. From our instructors and staff to Orange Members, the Body Alive community is here to support your fitness journey from the minute you step in the door.
