Berringer Martial Arts teaches a traditional Korean karate known as Tang Soo Do and is family friendly. We train students in a way that grows their confidence and leadership skills. Tang Soo Do can be traced back over 2000 years to Korea and has had many influences over the years from both Japanese and Chinese karate. Tang Soo Do practitioners strive to maintain traditional values of respect, discipline, self control and harmonious life, physically and mentally.
