Located between the Vista and 5 Points, (with plenty of parking) look no further for the best workout you’ve ever had! The unique and high energy workout includes mat, low weights, dance (if you’re in the 60 minute signature) and barre. We will work the body in 365 degree way to hit every major and minor muscle group in the body! The BEATS express workout is a 45 minute workout including mat, weights, and barre. We also offer a Cardio HIIT workout- A Tabata Style high intensity interval training with a high calorie burn! This is 45 minute class. Advance booking is required.
