Austin Kickboxing Academy is Austin's premier Muay Thai and Boxing Gym! If you're looking to learn a new skill or an alternative way to stay active, kickboxing and boxing are great ways to burn 500-1000 calories in one hour. We focus on technique first and will not just throw you on pads without instilling your foundation. As a student with zero experience, you'll be taught how to stand, throw basic punches and kicks, then you will refine those techniques on a heavy bag.
