ArmorUp Boxing Club is a fitness center dedicated to helping people get fit through boxing. Our comprehensive boxing classes for both youth and adults focus on warm up exercises, shadow boxing, footwork, bag work, mitt work, and speed bag exercises. Our classes aim to improve strength, speed, agility, boxing capabilities, and hand-eye coordination. In addition to classes, we also provide an open gym for people to work out on their own.
