Overlooking the St. Joe River adds calm and beauty for the yoga classes outside as well as the outdoor events .Our classes include: Beginner Stretch, Hot Work & Stretch, Vinyasa Flow, Total Body Sculpting, Hatha, and Aerial Yoga. No booking is needed to attend the activities.
