Beyond The Mat is Dana Point’s all-in-one studio for yoga, Pilates, barre, TRX, hip hop cardio classes and more! Our experienced teachers are here to support your wellness journey, helping you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and find your balance on and off the mat. We offer group classes and private sessions in a welcoming space conveniently located inside the Ralphs shopping center in Lantern Bay Village behind Killer Dana, with ample free parking where fitness and self-care come together.
