NICE Pilates

NICE is an acronym; it stands for Nourishing, Integrative, Classical, Experience. These are our four class types and how we strategically move people through the system from beginner to advanced level work. Begin with N- Nourishing classes to learn foundational work. Move to Integrative to build skills and vocabulary. Classical classes are self-paced and advanced. Experience classes have an extra, group fitness inspired warm-up. We have a variety of apparatuses: towers, wunda chairs, arm chairs, and spine correctors (barrels), and reformers. You will not do “reformer Pilates” at our studio. You will do Pilates on all the apparatuses. Our class size is max 5 participants so everyone gets a semi-private experience. Our teachers are seasoned, professional and passionate about the work!
