Dear Yoga is a women-owned and operated yoga and community space, created from a deep desire to offer something more than just a place to practice. It began as a vision for a space where movement, mindfulness, and connection could come together—where people feel welcomed as they are and supported in their wellness journey. At its heart, Dear Yoga is about cultivating community, honoring the body, and creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Our studio is nestled on the second floor of a beautifully renovated warehouse in inner Southeast Portland. Filled with natural light and open skyline views, the space features warm wood floors, vaulted beam ceilings, and an airy, expansive feel that invites you to settle in and stay awhile. Whether you’re practicing in the studio or stepping out onto the rooftop deck, every detail has been designed to feel grounding, inspiring, and intentional. Our teachers are the heart of Dear Yoga. Each instructor brings their own unique voice, experience, and perspective to the space, creating classes that are thoughtful, supportive, and deeply inspiring.
