Our easy to follow Muscle Up classes twice a day are designed for all levels with video demo and coach. This Strength Circuit class is perfect for overall fitness with resistance for upper / lower body and core workouts using free weights and calisthenics. For more intense endurance and fitness challenge we have DEKA, HYROX and OCR training with fitness zones followed by short runs for the highest calorie burn. You need to book ahead to attend the classes.
