Our signature 40-minute Lagree Fitness Method classes are a HIGH-intensity, LOW-impact, core, strength and endurance workout that is adaptable to all fitness levels utilizing the patented MEGAformer machine. You need to book to attend these group classes as space is limited. Start by starting to learn this unique workout! Good to know: * Grip Socks are required for client safety, sanitary reasons, and to get the most out of the workout. The studio does sell high quality pairs if you do not have any at home or need a fresh new pair. * Please bring a reusable water bottle to fill at our filter water station or bottled water is available for purchase. * Let's get sweaty!
