Grit and Gratitude Pilates + Powerplate MDR

Grit and Gratitude Pilates + Powerplate MDR is the right choice if you’re looking for a great place to exercise. We use pilates reformers and a lot of our instructors are classically trained, but Grit & Gratitude is NOT classical pilates. Our workouts are fitness inspired, blended with pilates, yoga and meditation practices to get you out of your head and back into your body. We focus each class on building strength, balance, flexibility, cardio, coordination and endurance. Booking is required to be able to participate in the activities.
