Our clean, well-maintained, family-owned fitness center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Fitness Zone has been in business since 1994 helping members reach their health and fitness goals. In 2022, The Fitness Zone was purchased by new owners, Jesse Contreras and Val Koopman. Whether your personal goal is cardiovascular fitness, firming and toning, weight loss, or natural body building, we have the equipment, classes and customized plan to assist and motivate to achieve fitness for a lifetime. Our facility offers a variety of cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, steppers, Helix), weight machines (free weights, pin-loaded machines, muscle-specific resistance machines), stretching area, large gymnasium, and a selection of gym equipment, such as medicine balls, jump ropes, punching bags, steps, kettle bells, and stability balls.
