We are a small-town fitness center that offers traditional gym equipment, cardio machines, free weights, and a functional fitness space with a pull-up rig, Olympic lifting bars, and weights. 448 Fitness is equipped with spacious locker rooms, showers, and a friendly staff that would be happy to help any first-time or experienced gym users. We offer Yoga classes as well as several other fitness classes. Our goal is to help people to become the best version of themselves they can be.
