At Eleven Eleven, we offer a welcoming safe space for all, where individuals can cultivate mindfulness, find balance in their lives, and foster community through yoga, movement and meditation. We offer a variety of classes, 7 days a week. Including: Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pilates Fusion, Power Flow, Slow Flow, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for All Ages and more. First time in a Yoga Class? -All of our classes are beginner-friendly -YOU ARE WELCOME. -YOU BELONG. -We offer an accessible experience for all. -With that in mind, listen to your body and do only what feels good. -This is YOUR practice. We are merely here to offer suggestions and guidance, should you want it. What to expect: -We ask you show up 10 minutes prior to your first class to sign our liability waiver and get acclimated to the space and your mat. -Wear attire that is comfortable and easy to move in. -Bring water or water bottle -If you have a mat you are welcome to bring it if you prefer, otherwise we have plenty to share Please reach out to us at admin@1111-yoga.com if you have any questions!
