THINGS TO KNOW (PLEASE READ) : *If you are new to Pilates and to XTP you must take a FUNDAMENTAL class *Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class. Late arrivals after 5 minutes will not be allowed into the studio due to class disruption. *Bring grip socks or buy them in studio for $20 *Please DO NOT wear shirts that bleed or have decals on the back (they rub off on the reformer when you sweat). *We are an inclusive studio. Every BODY is welcome. HAVE fun and move safely for you! You're meant to be here! There is a Pilates Pup (hypoallergenic) that often comes to the studio.
