As a wellness-focused studio, we offer a wide variety of classes so you can choose what your body and mind need most, whether that is an energizing Power Yoga class, a challenging Sculpt session, or a slower, more grounding practice like Restorative or Yin. We also love creative fusion classes that bring different styles together, like Power Yin and Yang, which blends movement and stillness, Core Class, a mix of barre, Pilates, and yoga sculpt, and Power Sculpt, where yoga meets strength training. To further enhance your experience, we incorporate red or green light therapy into every class .With green light therapy supporting balance, calm, and relaxation, and red light therapy often used to support recovery, skin wellness, and a healthy-looking glow.
