A boutique rehabilitative wellness and Pilates studio in Grosse Pointe, Michigan founded on the principles of STOTT PILATES® and adapted to allow us to meet the unique needs of every individual who enters our doors. We are currently offering a variety of Pilates classes at a variety of times. Our approach is Pilates is for You whether you’re looking to gain core strength or recovering from an injury, managing stress or simply looking to enhance your overall wellbeing.
