The Dungeon is a high-intensity, low-impact Lagree workout that combines strength, endurance, core, and balance training in one efficient session. Each 50-minute session is designed for all fitness levels, offering a full-body challenge that’s safe and effective. Our studio is mirror-free as we believe in building a deeper 1:1 connection between client and trainer, where form is corrected through direct guidance and clients learn to feel their way through movement.
