Located right beside Mountain Vapors in Jim's Plaza. Just 1 mile north on 23 from Paintsville. We are Women's Only Fitness Studio. We offer strength training and cardio on our circuit with machines that work all major muscle groups. In addition we currently offer several different classes design to meet every fitness level. We have Complete Body Sculpting with Free Weights, Kettlebell and Pilates with Magic Ring. Our Walk by Faith Walking Class will help to get your target step goal. Beginners Yoga on Mat and YogaFaith Chair Yoga. Advance booking is required.
