Located on the east side of Washington Avenue between 7th & 8th street, upstairs on 2nd floor. We offer daily boxing, kickboxing & conditioning classes aimed at all levels of fitness and knowledge. Everyone gets their own heavy bag and works at their own pace. There is a full wight training area with machines, free weights, dumbbells and cardio equipment. We offer an anti bullying kids boxing program for ages 8-16yrs. Come join a community of encouragement & support. Workout your mind and your body while learning the sport of boxing and self-defense.
