Sattva Yoga Center

Established in 2002, our center is located in a stunning building near the corner of Centre City Parkway and Grand Avenue in Escondido, California. Sattva offers two yoga studios: The upstairs studio features a yoga rope wall and a magnificent vaulted wood ceiling. The downstairs yoga studio has mirrors to use for alignment during yoga flow classes. We are open 7 days a week and offer yoga classes for all levels, as well as yoga inversion swings, meditation, and strength and conditioning training. We are here to help you build a functional body with yoga.
