In sanskrit, Anahata, means “heart.” The yogic heart is the bridge between the physical and spiritual energies in the body, located near the center of the chest. Individually, our heart pieces hold life lessons of love, loss and so much more. Together, these pieces become our life’s journey transformed into a beautiful mosaic.
