All of our modalities are included in your session...and we provide towels, no hidden fees or add ons! Reset Mind and Body-Cadence is a health and wellness center located in the Arrival at Cadence retail center by the new ACE Hardware. Reset has 5 modalities to help you with all your mental and physical needs. Including: Normatec compression therapy, infrared sauna, hot and cold hydrotherapy (hot tub and cold plunge), and red light therapy. We will guide you through your first visit so you feel comfortable and at ease. Your session will take about 1 hour. At Reset, our mission is to guide you to disconnect from life's external stressors, helping you connect with yourself and build connections with others to enhance your mental and physical health. Please arrive in comfortable clothing and bring swimwear, we will take care of the rest.
