If you're looking to heal an injury or trauma-related stress through movement or to find a connection to your deeper self, we offer a full slate of classes 7 days a week, guided by our team of certified instructors. Hands-on adjustments are hallmark of our studio and our teaching style. An instructor may use this technique to apply gentle pressure to assist you in achieving a deeper level of a particular pose.
