Process Yoga

Process Studio is a space for everyone. Whether you love Yoga, are learning to love it or are a skeptic, this is a place to move like yourself and tap into that space where Movement and Spirit connect. Process was founded by local LeTania Kirkland—a blue collar girl at heart— to offer a welcoming space for folks who want to move freely, feel more at home in their bodies and connect with a community that both supports and challenges us. Yoga, at its core, is about inclusivity and that is our ultimate goal. We offer a variety of classes for every body and every level, with a strong emphasis on creative movement, alignment and smart sequencing. Like each of us, this practice is multifaceted: sweaty, dance-inspired flows, strength work, beginners workshops and restorative stillness. There is no one way to practice. We hope you will join us and be inspired by Yoga in its many forms.
