At Pilates of Amelia, our specialized environment and highly-trained Pilates Instructors are committed to providing client-centered programs and instruction, with a focus on alignment, safety, functional movement and fitness. Pilates of Amelia offers Private Sessions, Duets, Trios, and Group Classes.
