The baton has been passed. Our family business, New Day Fitness, has been an established leader in the Roanoke Valley. From a young age, I was exposed to the people, innovations, and leadership of Mouses Gym, Crowley’s Lifestyle Fitness, and now New Day Fitness, which sparked a passion and curiosity within me. Ryan and I realized it was our destiny to continue serving the Roanoke Valley and building the health and wellness community for generations to come. We are pleased to announce that, together as husband and wife, and business partners, it is our honor to take New Day to the next level alongside our team of professionals, and with the continued love, guidance, & support of the original founder, my mother, Tammy Deloatch. -Paula & Ryan
