Personally delivering a punch bears little resemblance to reading about a punch, or watching another person deliver that punch. It is an experience all its own, not available to be duplicated in any other way. Power, ability, practicality, and a host of other ideas are examined in the physical study of that experience. In relative secrecy, safeguarded by the true Grandmasters, the Kung Fu has been carefully handed down over Hundreds of years, generation to generation. We teach this Kung Fu today, of the most pure and honest form, unchanged by our own ideas.
