Sea Barre Fitness

Sea Barre Fitness has three locations in Lewes, Long Neck, and Bethany Beach, Delaware. We offer full Barre schedule, mat Pilates and yoga and (indoor cycling at our Lewes location.). All of our classes are high intensity low impact. You will get a full body workout in 45 minutes! We have been at the beaches since 2015. Please see our excellent reviews. Everyone is welcome at the studio “all bodies welcome! “We keep our workouts simple but effective. You will be able to do it! We offer modifications all throughout our classes. You will very quickly tighten and tone gain flexibility, balance, and strong muscles and bones with our workouts. We are open seven days per week and we try to stay open 365 days per year. We specialize in excellent workouts and fantastic customer service. The studios are all beautiful and clean. We offer all levels of membership depending on how often you want to come. The schedules are robust and you will never get bored. You’ll want to invite your friends and neighbors. It’s such a fun place to be. We hope to SEA you soon.
