Whether an already avid practitioner, or just rolling out your mat for the first time at our beginner yoga class, it is our mission to create a welcoming and supportive community for yogis to freely explore and develop a yoga practice unique to themselves. We invite you to visit us to breathe, sweat, and flow. Come visit our yoga studios in Ho-Ho-Kus and Mahwah, New Jersey. The idea for Flow Yoga Studio in Ho-Ho-Kus stemmed from what remains to be the core of our identity – a community. A group of people sharing a vision to not only build a beautiful space where people could practice yoga, but to cultivate a community in a place of refuge, where individuals could come together, sweat it out, and live freely in the present moment.
