Hi, I'm Monika Benson, a Balanced Body trained Pilates instructor, nearing the completion of my comprehensive certification. With a decade of experience in teaching movement and a Bachelor's degree in Dance from Dean College, my passion for Pilates runs deep. As a Balanced Body trained Pilates instructor, I take a contemporary approach to Pilates to create a practice that’s fresh, functional, and adaptable. I'm excited to share the joy of movement and help others experience the incredible benefits Pilates has to offer. In addition to Pilates, I enjoy teaching dance and specialize in working with dancers to enhance their technique and performance. Outside of the studio, I'm a proud cat mom to three fur babies: Link, Batman, and Miyoshi—they are my everything.
