Blue Sky Yoga

A variety of classes are offered at Blue Sky Yoga. Chair yoga (yoga for life), flow yoga, slow flow, yin, restorative, barre, and MORE. We are dedicated to sharing this practice, and finding ways to make it suitable for you. This process happens through communication, and patience as we discover together what is most suitable for your body. Our community is diverse, and the atmosphere is one that encourages you to show up, do what you can, do what feels right in your body. Together we practice, celebrating one another. Moving and breathing mindfully, caring for the vessel that each of us lives. We teach for you.
