Locally owned & operated since 2015, we offer a uniquely friendly environment that feels like home. We’re passionate about small business and are proud to be a part of the West Knoxville/Farragut community! We think of our students as family and want to create lasting connections through our offerings. Creating joyful and authentic experiences through our yoga classes, massage therapy, reiki healing, teacher trainings, and community gatherings is what we know and love. We are all beautifully unique, as should be our own personal practice – at Blue Ridge Yoga, all classes are taught to accommodate each student. As a community, we believe in encouraging wellness by teaching ways to adapt each individual practice in order to suit your needs and work at any comfort level each time you come to the mat. Our yoga classes will explore balance, strength, awareness, flexibility, relaxation, and meditation using the breath as a guide – each meeting is an opportunity to explore and come to a better understanding of your own body and mind.
