VIS Performance MA

About VIS Performance: I grew up in an all Italian family that prioritized the there F's: Family, Food and Fitness! My grandfather was the original superman- he ran every morning at 5am in steel toe boots because they added more weight and sneakers were too easy. He went to the gym 3x per day- morning, afternoon and evening and between each gym session he would thrive off of a plant based/Mediterranean diet. In his lifetime, he always made it a point to help others in any way that he could. He passed his love for health and fitness down to me and my brother as well as the rest of our family. He was my inspiration behind VIS PERFORMANCE. In Latin, as a noun, VIS means strength, energy, power, force and might. Not only did my grandfather emulate the complete meaning of the word VIS, however he also had the biggest heart and wanted to help as many people as he could health wise, fitness wise and in life in general. VIS PERFORMANCE was born in January of 2020, helping everyone to achieve the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves both mentally and physically.
