Empowered Acro teaches acroyoga in a fun, safe, and accessible way to people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels in Austin, Texas. We view acro as a tool for bringing people together and believe fostering trust and play within communities brings positive change into the world. We teach weekly classes for beginners & experienced practitioners at Impact Martial Arts in North Austin. We also lead private lessons, Acro Date Night for couples and community workshops.
