RIG - Random Individualized Groups of 1-4 clients per session. Each 60 minute workout is personalized to your goals and needs. Your team of trainers with 30 years experience will craft your workout using functional training, MetCon, Weight Training, Rehabilitation, Power Lifting, Circuit Training and Nutritional Counseling. You can book on our app or directly with the gym to attend the training session.
