Pilates Lounge is a modern boutique studio which focuses on client’s needs, and provides personal guidance with private sessions and group classes. At pilates Lounge, you will find the newest, state of the art, Merrithew Equipment. These machines are suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Some of the other equipment includes Spx Max Reformers, Stability Wunda Chairs, and Springboards. To ensure the safety and personal attention of all members, we will include no more than 8 members per class.
