The Pilot Family Y in West Knoxville is one of five branches of the YMCA of East Tennessee. The Pilot Y features group exercise studios for yoga, Zumba, strength and cardio classes for all ages and all fitness levels. Our Fitness Floor offers strength and cardio machines, an Olympic lifting platform and free weights for heavy lifting, plus floor space for core and floor work.
