The Pilot Family Y in West Knoxville is one of five branches of the YMCA of East Tennessee. The Pilot Y features group exercise studios for yoga, Zumba, strength and cardio classes for all ages and all fitness levels. Our Fitness Floor offers strength and cardio machines, an Olympic lifting platform and free weights for heavy lifting, plus floor space for core and floor work. Join a Spin class or shoot basketball in our hardwood floor gym. Our Pilot Y features two pools, an indoor pool for year-round use, and an outdoor pool and kiddie pool. Locker Rooms and Family Changing Rooms with full showers and lockers are available. All Y Members receive 2 hours of free on-site child care while you work out provided by our caring Child Watch staff.
