We have Strength & Conditioning classes for adults and youth. This class is ideal for someone who wants to improve their physical strength and cardiovascular health. This class will utilize the Morpheus Heart Rate Variability monitor to maximize HR zones to increase your health and vitality. We offer a variety of yoga classes including Gentle Flow, Yinyasa, Strong Vinyasa Flow, Restore & Recover. Each class will include breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and well-being.
