Each session includes 50 minutes of mat Pilates in the presence of our adorable puppies, followed by 30 minutes of puppy interaction — allowing participants to relax, take pictures and create memories. By blending fitness with the therapeutic benefits of animal interaction, this experience supports strength, mobility, stress reduction, and overall well-being — helping participants feel good from the inside out. It’s a unique and balanced approach to wellness where movement and mental therapy come together naturally. We offer private parties to celebrate any special occasion like Birthday parties, team building, bachelorette party, etc.
