The Downtown Y is one of five branches of the YMCA of East Tennessee. This historic building offers group exercise studios with a dedicated yoga studio, cardio and strength machines overlooking the Sunsphere, free weights and Olympic lifting platforms for heavy lifting, and plenty of open areas for for stretching and floor work. Join a Spin class or shoot basketball in the gym. Run on the indoor track or start a game on one of the two racquetball courts.
