The Downtown Y is one of five branches of the YMCA of East Tennessee. This historic building offers group exercise studios with a dedicated yoga studio, cardio and strength machines overlooking the Sunsphere, free weights and Olympic lifting platforms for heavy lifting, and plenty of open areas for for stretching and floor work.
