The Cansler Family Y centrally located in Knoxville, TN, is one of five branches of the YMCA of East Tennessee. The Cansler Y features 3 group exercise studios for yoga, Zumba, strength, and cardio classes. On the Wellness Floor, you'll find cardio and strength machines, benches and free weights, and an Olympic lifting platform. The Y also offers Spin bikes and classes, a basketball gym with hardwood floor, and locker rooms for men, women, youth, and families complete with showers and full lockers. The indoor pool features areas for lap swimming, water aerobics, and a two-story slide for family play.
