Kaia New Canaan is a boutique YOGA and BARRE STUDIO in the heart of downtown New Canaan across the street from the NYC bound Metro-North train stations. Our yoga room is heated to 90 degrees, as well as having radiant floor heating, which diffuses heat that radiates from the floor up and in turn helps to warm the entire room.
