Kaia New Canaan is a boutique YOGA and BARRE STUDIO in the heart of downtown New Canaan across the street from the NYC bound Metro-North train stations. ​Our yoga room is heated to 90 degrees, as well as having radiant floor heating, which diffuses heat that radiates from the floor up and in turn helps to warm the entire room. The studio also includes a modern-state of the art HVAC System, for heating and air-conditioning. Our system includes air filtration and cleaning elements as well. We offer mat rentals, water for purchase, and a cozy boutique stocked with yoga essentials—from props and accessories to Kaia merch, essential oils, and thoughtful gifts. Parking available conveniently behind the studio. This studio does not have showers.
