At JJR Next Level, we help athletes and adults in La Salle reach their full potential through expert coaching and performance-based training. Our programs are designed for all ages from Active Kids (ages 3–6) learning movement fundamentals, to Youth Development (ages 7–11) building strength and speed, to Athlete Performance training for junior high and high school athletes. We also offer Adult Performance programs, along with specialty classes like Bungee, and Kettlebell training. Every athlete receives assessments to track progress, identify weaknesses, and reduce injury risk giving you a clear plan to improve.
