We advocate for the empowerment of women through a combination of dance, coaching, and pole fitness that helps them learn self-appreciation, as well as, to feel sexy. We pride ourselves on creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone who walks through our door feels special and belongs. Although we describe our space as a women’s fitness facility, note that we do offer coed classes. We pride ourselves on creating a space that’s inclusive and welcomes people from all walks of life. Whether your goal is to improve your pole skills, boost your confidence or regain your freedom - there is a space for YOU. We take our job and your success seriously; all sessions are taught by a certified pole fitness professional. By continuing education and staying current in pole and fitness trends, we’re dedicated to keeping you safe and us knowledgeable. While most studios teach pole fitness classes, we take it a step further and help you tap into your most authentic self or as we like to call it your Inner Diva!
