About
FRSC was born January 3, 2017 with a formerly skinny retired triathlete who once had to take pain killers to sleep, a ballerina whose back used to be wrecked, and a former 300+ pounder. Each of us achieved our health goals and the creation of FRSC was the culmination of wanting to pay that joy of achievement and health forward. We hold a number of values, and many are simple: integrity, hard work, inclusion, optimism, health, and last but not least FUN!
