Located , Space Coast Fitness & OCR is the right choice if you’re looking for a boutique gym. It is a circuit-style fitness program that includes strength, cardio, endurance, core and performance. We do not have cardio machines or barbells, we use body weight, kettlebells, sand bags and monkey bars. We are a super small boutique style fitness facility. Classes are limited to 10 people per class! You need to book to attend the activities.
